1. Conditions for application
- The product must be intact, unused, and not dismantled or repaired.
- The product must retain all original packaging, accessories, labels, and the purchase invoice.
- Return requests must be submitted within 07 days of receipt of the goods.
2. Eligible cases for return
- The product has technical defects or was damaged during transit.
- The product delivered does not match the model, capacity, or quantity ordered.
- The product does not meet the committed quality standards.
3. Non-eligible cases for return
- Products that have been used or show signs of damage caused by the customer.
- Products that have been structurally modified or technically tampered with (opened, cell replaced, disassembled).
- Return requests submitted past the specified deadline.
4. Return procedure

- The business verifies the claim and instructs the customer on how to send the product back to the warehouse.
