1. Conditions for application

2. Eligible cases for return

• The product has technical defects or was damaged during transit.
  
  
• The product delivered does not match the model, capacity, or quantity ordered.
  
  
• The product does not meet the committed quality standards.
  
  

3. Non-eligible cases for return

• Products that have been used or show signs of damage caused by the customer.
  
  
• Products that have been structurally modified or technically tampered with (opened, cell replaced, disassembled).
  
  
• Return requests submitted past the specified deadline.
  
  

4. Return procedure

1. The customer contacts customer support via [phone number/email].
   
   
2. Provide order information and photos of the product's condition.
   
   
3. The business verifies the claim and instructs the customer on how to send the product back to the warehouse.
   
   
4. After inspection, the business will proceed to:
   
   Exchange for a new product of the same type, or
   
   Issue a refund within 07 business days (via bank transfer or the original payment method).
   
   

5. Return shipping costs

• In case of manufacturer/seller fault: the business covers the shipping costs.
  
  
• In case of return due to change of mind: the customer covers the shipping costs.
